Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation
  
  
• Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  
  
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth integration into the company
  
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  
  
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping records
  
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  
  
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs
  
  
• Support performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions
  
  
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  
  
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth
  
  
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts within the organization
  
  
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally
