This is a dynamic, client-facing opportunity where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact HR initiatives, while gaining valuable experience within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.   Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM or HRCI certification
• Experience supporting Claims, Operations, or Customer Service teams
• Background in the insurance or financial services industries

Responsibilities

• Execute key HR strategies in alignment with operational goals for Customer Service functions.
• Provide coaching and consulting support to leaders and employees to influence outcomes and manage change.
• Lead core HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, compensation, and employee relations.
• Monitor HR initiatives against business goals, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive high performance, enhance team effectiveness, and promote a positive work culture.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage staffing initiatives—recruiting, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.
• Identify and resolve employee relations issues, offering HR expertise and strategic counsel.
• Support change initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
• Contribute to company-wide efforts in culture, engagement, community involvement, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5–7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist
• Proven ability to develop and deliver high-impact HR solutions
• Coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience partnering with all organizational levels to solve complex issues
• Understanding of diversity issues and HR best practices
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems
