Responsibilities
- Execute key HR strategies in alignment with operational goals for Customer Service functions.
- Provide coaching and consulting support to leaders and employees to influence outcomes and manage change.
- Lead core HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, compensation, and employee relations.
- Monitor HR initiatives against business goals, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leaders to drive high performance, enhance team effectiveness, and promote a positive work culture.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage staffing initiatives—recruiting, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.
- Identify and resolve employee relations issues, offering HR expertise and strategic counsel.
- Support change initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Contribute to company-wide efforts in culture, engagement, community involvement, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5–7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist
- Proven ability to develop and deliver high-impact HR solutions
- Coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with all organizational levels to solve complex issues
- Understanding of diversity issues and HR best practices
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
