We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle purchasing parts and materials, managing warehouse/parts room inventory, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth operations by keeping accurate stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting internal teams with essential materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of all parts
  
  
• Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed to avoid shortages or excess
  
  
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
  
  
• Ensure parts are correctly labeled, stored, and easily accessible
  
  
• Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
  
  
• Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to forecast usage and plan purchases
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions
  
  
• Identify and address obsolete or slow-moving items
