Our client is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper with solid Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) experience to join their team in Pompano Beach. This is a critical role for a growing company in the construction and real estate space (experience in either is a major plus). Candidate must speak fluent Spanish and English. 

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

 

• Handle full-cycle AP and AR
  
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
  
  
• Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and collections
  
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  
  
• Use Sage Intacct and/or QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting functions
  
  
• Intermediate Excel to manage spreadsheets and reports
  
  
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate job costing and billing
  
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping with a focus on AP/AR
  
  
• Fluent in Spanish and English
  
  
• Ability to work on-site in Pompano Beach, FL
  
  
• Experience in construction or real estate accounting is highly preferred
