We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and can seamlessly switch between tactical execution and strategic planning. As our HR Manager, you will be the go-to person for everything related to people, culture, compliance, and performance.  

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus).
  
  
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role.
  
  
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  
  
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
  
  
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth, or evolving environments.
  
  

salary: $49,000 - $50,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Lead full-cycle hiring and partner with leaders on staffing needs.
  
  
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Run smooth onboarding and exit processes to support employee success and retention.
  
  
• Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, build a positive culture, and boost engagement.
  
  
• Performance: Manage reviews and support manager-employee development.
  
  
• Compliance: Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR policies and audits.
  
  
• Compensation/Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
  
  
• Strategy & Culture: Drive HR planning, DEI efforts, and data-driven decisions.
