- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus).
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth, or evolving environments.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Lead full-cycle hiring and partner with leaders on staffing needs.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Run smooth onboarding and exit processes to support employee success and retention.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, build a positive culture, and boost engagement.
- Performance: Manage reviews and support manager-employee development.
- Compliance: Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR policies and audits.
- Compensation/Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
- Strategy & Culture: Drive HR planning, DEI efforts, and data-driven decisions.
