Randstad is seeking a seasoned Director of Manufacturing for our client in the nutraceutical industry located in Ronkonkoma, NY. This is a senior-level opportunity ideal for candidates with a proven track record of overseeing manufacturing operations within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food supplement industries. salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production, packaging, quality, and maintenance
  
  
• Lead and mentor department managers and teams to ensure efficient, compliant production processes
  
  
• Implement and enforce cGMP standards and FDA regulatory requirements
  
  
• Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and performance goals
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and efficiency
  
  
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product delivery
  
  
• Lead capacity planning and facility scaling to meet growing production demands
