Responsibilities
- Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production, packaging, quality, and maintenance
- Lead and mentor department managers and teams to ensure efficient, compliant production processes
- Implement and enforce cGMP standards and FDA regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and performance goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and efficiency
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product delivery
- Lead capacity planning and facility scaling to meet growing production demands
