Responsibilities
-Oversees the entire lifecycle of grants and contracts, including reviewing award letters, executing contracts, facilitating implementation, monitoring progress, maintaining recipient communication, and managing closeout procedures.
-Prepares monthly and quarterly grant reports, coordinating interdepartmentally to ensure adherence to federal and state funding requirements.
-Gathers and analyzes data to generate reports that inform and support ongoing program development.
-Proactively identifies potential issues and risks related to grant and contract activities, ensuring compliance with institutional policies as well as state and federal regulations throughout the award process.
