What You’ll Do:
- Manage donor data, gift entry, and acknowledgments
- Maintain database accuracy and generate reports for fundraising campaigns
- Conduct research on prospective donors
- Collaborate with departments to coordinate advancement activities
- Support process improvements and department projects
- Deliver top-tier internal and external customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, nonprofit admin, or related field
- strong Excel and data management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Previous experience in fundraising, nonprofit ops, or advancement a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Advancement Operations professional to support fundraising and engagement efforts. This role oversees donor data, gift processing, reporting, and advancement systems. Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure efficient operations and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee advancement operations, gift entry, and donor stewardship
- Manage and maintain donor database; ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Process gifts, pledges, and acknowledgments in a timely manner
- Prepare fundraising reports and analytics to support strategy
- Conduct prospect research and donor profiling
- Support cross-department collaboration on advancement initiatives
- Lead or assist with operational improvement projects
- Train staff on systems and best practices
- Ensure compliance with gift policies, IRS regulations, and confidentiality
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in fundraising operations or higher ed preferred
