Responsibilities



As a Customer Support Specialist, Job duties include:

• Review and analyze incoming support tickets related to taxpayer inquiries.
• Reroute escalated tickets to the appropriate department based on established protocols.
• Communicate with taxpayers via email, providing appropriate documentation and updates.
• Accurately document and update ticketing systems (TAS and other tools) in alignment with standard procedures.
• Follow detailed scripts and workflows across multiple systems and software platforms.

Skills:

• 1+ yrs of experience working in a call center handling customer inquiries on a ticketing system.
• Experience with quality assurance (QA) processes and escalated ticket resolution.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated professional communication skills.
