Responsibilities
-On own initiative or from general instructions, initiates correspondence, submits request forms, and other actions automatically upon the occurrence of specific events in the development process. Follows up to insure the completion/receipt of requested items.
-Researches, compiles, organizes and updates Site Proposal, Market Tour and Capital Project Request Books used by Darden executives in making multi-million dollar decision.
-Updates and monitors critical dates and information in the Development Department database.
-Assists Directors in tracking project, contractual, reporting and other deadlines to ensure timelines critical to the development process are met.
-Coordinates closely with our Brokers across the country to ensure information provided is accurate, complete and timely. Takes action to correct any deficiencies notes.
-Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, databases, statistical packages, and graphical packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
-Trains new brokers on Darden’s procedures and processes. Update and maintain the broker directory.
-Resolves problems not requiring supervisory review or resolution.
-Creates and maintains operating and archive files.
-Coordinates travel arrangements, schedules/organizes meetings including real estate committee meetings and monthly project reviews, prepares/reviews expense reports, maintains calendars, and processes incoming mail.
