Responsibilities
- Oversee Project Execution: Manage commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
- Coordinate Teams: Supervise plumbing crews, subcontractors, and vendors; resolve field issues.
- Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules; ensure milestones are met.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor costs and manage budgets to keep projects profitable.
- Procurement: Order materials and equipment, ensure timely delivery, and verify quantities and specifications.
- Compliance and Permits: Ensure projects meet all applicable codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Client Relations: Serve as point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
- Quality Control & Safety: Enforce job site safety, perform inspections, and ensure work meets standards.
- Change Orders: Identify scope changes, prepare change orders, and communicate impacts on schedule or budget.
