Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders and updates accurately, making sure all details are correct
- Keep customers updated on their order status and help with any delivery or return questions
- Work with other teams to resolve issues related to shipping, pricing, or product availability
- Keep customer records organized and updated
- Respond quickly and professionally to emails and calls from customers and coworkers
- Use systems like ERP or SAP to track orders and help improve service
- Help improve processes to make the customer experience even better
