This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Responsibilities

Reporting the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Specialist will process and code vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner, reconcile freight invoices, assist with process check requests, prepare new and update new existing vendor file, reconcile vendor statements, and ensure all vendor invoice issues are escalated for resolution
