Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support the Accounts Payable function under the guidance of the Accounts Payable Manager, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in line with established accounting practices.

Key Tasks:

• Accurately process and code vendor invoices and employee expense reports to appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers
  
  
• Match and reconcile freight invoices against corresponding shipping documentation
  
  
• Assist in the review and processing of check requests
  
  
• Maintain and update vendor records, including setting up new vendors and making changes to existing profiles
  
  
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate account balances and resolve discrepancies
  
  
• Promptly escalate any invoice-related issues to ensure timely resolution
