This individual will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, streamlining processes, and delivering impactful results. salary: $71.5 - $74 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead and support initiatives within Corporate Vendor Management focused on project delivery, system enhancements, and process optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements (user stories, process flows, use cases)
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure seamless execution
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities within the vendor lifecycle
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and release readiness
• Prepare and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations and project updates
• Influence program direction and drive results across complex organizational structures
• Support the User Acceptance Testing phase of implementation, including coordination of issue analysis / resolution
• Be a trusted liaison between the business and technology teams, understanding needs / requests, supporting releases that reflect those needs and working to see them implemented flawlessly
• Offer effective and efficient technical solutions that promote automation and efficiency gains
• Have technical skills and ability to quickly learn business processes to effectively support system and process enhancements
