Responsibilities
- Operate lab instruments for rubber compound QC testing.
- Analyze test results against specifications and standards.
- Perform in-process & final batch testing.
- Assist Production with machine setup.
- Support batch release & production line.
- Monitor testing progress for timely results.
- Evaluate lab data for batch release decisions.
- Collaborate with Production on process adjustments based on test results.
- Accurately enter test data into Enterprise (Lab Software) or QA spreadsheets.
- Participate in SPC initiatives for process monitoring and improvement.
