Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of Diminished Value and Workers' Compensation cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to claims.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and appeals.
- Communicate with clients,linsurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the legal process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
- Attend hearings and trials, providing support to attorneys during legal proceedings.
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant is required
