Responsibilities
Assist Product Owner with Data and Business Analysis activities, including but not limited to:
- Analyzing large data sets
- Working within data warehouse and building data models
- Requirements gathering
- Business process flow mapping and documentation
- Gap identification in existing processes and ability to recommend remediation steps
- Generating meeting material to support management meetings material
- Creating test plans, test scripts, and performing User Testing as needed, as well as maintaining testing documentation.
- Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement.
- Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.
- Experience working with Data Warehouses and Building Data Models
- Experience working with large data sets
- SQL and advanced Excel skills
- Business Analyst background is highly preferred (Agile/Scrum skills)
- Capital Markets experience
