We’re hiring 5 Customer Service Representatives for our on-site contact center in Reno, NV. This is your chance to work in a positive, fast-paced environment where every call is an opportunity to provide exceptional service.
salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with auto program inquiries
- Provide accurate information and guide customers through the buying process
- Record detailed notes and maintain database accuracy
- Educate members and dealerships on program benefits
- Deliver outstanding service with professionalism and care
