Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for publishers to assist with CMS (Content Management System) Content Publishing. They highly prefer candidates with Tridion CMS Experience.
The CMS Content Publisher will:

• Understand channel’s goals and strategic business objectives and how projects fit within those objectives.
• Keep the end-user and customer in mind throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand and have a grasp of the technical environment that supports the different channels (desktop/mobile/etc.).
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure deliverables are completed and released under tight timelines.

Hard Skill Qualifications (required):

• Customer service and customer focus experience.
• Proficient in HTML, including knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and Accessibility/WCAG standards.
• Working knowledge of JSON
• Familiarity with XML and XSL code and usage.
• Experience with web publishing and web content lifecycles.
• Intermediate or higher level with MS Office (Must have excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with SDL Tridion or similar enterprise CMS recommended.
• Familiarity with enterprise CMS highly recommended.
• Understanding of the content supply chain and content publishing processes is highly recommended.
• Working Confluence/JIRA knowledge recommended.
