As a Slot Audit Manager, you’ll lead a team responsible for auditing slot machine transactions, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring alignment with state and federal regulations — including Title 31 and gaming board compliance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Slot Audits
- Manage and supervise the slot audit team.
- Review daily revenue reports from slot machines and electronic gaming devices (EGMs).
- Reconcile slot drop, fills, jackpots, and hand pays against system-generated reports.
- Manage and supervise the slot audit team.
- Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure all audit processes are compliant with gaming regulations (e.g., Title 31, NGC, IRS).
- Maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
- File required reports such as CTRs and SARs when applicable.

- Internal Controls & Procedures
- Develop and maintain SOPs and internal control procedures specific to slot audits.
- Recommend and implement improvements to safeguard revenue.

- Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries and audit logs.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue postings.

- Hire, train, and evaluate slot audit clerks or analysts.
- Schedule staff and monitor performance to ensure accuracy and timeliness of audits
