We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our supportive administrative team. This role is crucial in providing excellent service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our back-office functions through accurate data management and effective communication.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter patient information, appointment details, and other necessary data into our systems (potential EMR usage).
- Customer Service: Serve as a key point of contact, providing outstanding customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.
- Patient Communication: Handle inbound and outbound patient calls related to scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and general questions.
- Administrative Support: Perform various back-office administrative tasks to support overall patient care coordination and team efficiency.
You'll be an integral part of a collaborative and team-minded group of Patient Care Coordinators.
What We Require:
- Minimum of 3 months experience in a customer service-focused role.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks and data entry.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Previous experience specifically in data entry roles.
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Background in a healthcare or medical office setting.
- Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MST.
- Work Location: On-site at our Broomfield Admin office
- Dress Code: Business Casual.
- License/Certification: No professional license or certification is required for this position.

Responsibilities
