Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries and concerns, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage quaity improvement initiatives from concept to execution, driven by customer feedback and service insights.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, technical issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Gather, analyze, and integrate customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to product enhancement.
- Track and document product returns, including inspection findings, customer feedback, and return trends.
- Review customer input related to product performance or return reasons to identify patterns and address root causes.
- Provide advanced technical support, promptly troubleshooting and resolving complex issues to ensure minimal disruption for clients.
- Build and sustain supplier relationships to communicate and uphold quality standards and expectations.
- Perform internal audits and assessments to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials.
- Collaborate with suppliers to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives in response to quality issues.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to manage non-conformance cases effectively.
- Define, implement, and monitor supplier quality metrics to ensure consistent performance and alignment with quality goals.
