Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, performing reference and background checks, and handling onboarding
- Handling confidential employee information and updating the system accordingly
- Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment
- Participate in and prepare documents/pertinent information for regular audits
- Send out announcements regarding new hires, promotions, educational achievements, life events, retirements, etc.
- Reviews employee timecards, floating holidays, PTO, and vacation time bi-weekly; assists in generating payroll reports.
- Additional HR Functions as assigned by leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent working experience within HR
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, detail oriented, and analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience in HR compliance, polcies, procedures, and employment/labor laws
