Randstad has partnered with an organization in Framingham to assist with filling an open role on their Human Resources team. This role supports the daily functions of the HR department, playing a key role in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.  **Please note the screenings for this position: Background Check, Employment and Education verifications, and Credit Check**

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, performing reference and background checks, and handling onboarding 
  
  
• Handling confidential employee information and updating the system accordingly 
  
  
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment 
  
  
• Participate in and prepare documents/pertinent information for regular audits 
  
  
• Send out announcements regarding new hires, promotions, educational achievements, life events, retirements, etc.
  
  
• Reviews employee timecards, floating holidays, PTO, and vacation time bi-weekly; assists in generating payroll reports.
  
  
• Additional HR Functions as assigned by leadership 
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent working experience within HR 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, detail oriented, and analytical skills 
• Knowledge and experience in HR compliance, polcies, procedures, and employment/labor laws
