salary: $42 - $45 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisor driving talent strategies and workforce planning by leveraging data trends (labor market, supply/demand, brand position) to inform sourcing strategy
- Build lasting partnerships across HR and business leaders to align hiring needs with short- and long-term goals
- Guide hiring teams in making impactful decisions and crafting compelling offers.
- Partner with Sourcing and Talent Attraction to meet business needs
- Nurture passive talent, assess candidate fit, and deliver qualified, diverse slates
- Represent client at recruiting events and lead candidate engagement through offer discussions
- Ensure recruiting compliance by mastering internal policies and employment laws
- Create interview guides, facilitate debriefs, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
- Provide guidance on effective, legal interview practices
- Foster a dynamic TA and HR community through knowledge sharing and clear, concise written communication
- Support initiatives with client-ready summaries and consistent process excellence
