Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
- Proven longevity in past roles
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and collaborate across departments
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to new responsibilities
- Experience coordinating both domestic and international travel
- Full-time, on-site position based in Hauppauge, NY

Responsibilities
Assist the Quality VP in facilitating effective decision-making and act as sounding board
for new ideas and initiatives.
Provide oversight and guidance on high priority projects on behalf of the global quality
leader
Ensure the quality executive’s action items are addressed properly, efficiently, and
judiciously by keeping track of progress until resolved.
Create communications and presentation materials for the VPQ as needed by gathering
data from various resources across the organization.
Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss VPQ -related projects
and issues, represent the expectations and priorities of the VPQ and relevant functions
and consult the VPQ for specific decisions, as appropriate.
Research and fact-check using company databases and external sources; develop and
maintain Key Performance Indicators and other company metrics.
Contribute to the effectiveness of the VPQ by triaging and responding to inquiries at his
request in person or in writing.
Plan and provide logistical support for executive level meetings including agendas,
minutes and logistics.
Analyze data as requested by the VPQ and other leaders.
Control expenditures within limitations of project budget.
Support the VPQ in improving current processes to optimize procedures for efficiency
and productivity.
