Responsibilities
In this strategic and high-impact role, you will act as the primary recruiting partner to senior business leaders across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment delivery—driving bespoke search strategies, overseeing recruiter teams, and advising on talent trends that shape the future of financial services and insurance solutions.
- Own the Talent Strategy: Partner with leadership to define and execute customized hiring plans aligned with growth goals across client distribution and insurance product lines.
- Lead High-Impact Searches: From C-level successors to strategic hires in sales, investments, and solutions, ensure the right talent lands at the right time.
- Coach & Inspire: Manage a team of senior recruiters, fostering excellence and a high-performing, inclusive culture.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, DEI, and Ops to drive efficient, people-first hiring.
- Be a Market Expert: Provide competitive intel, market mapping, and insights into top talent pools within asset management, insurance, and related verticals.
