I am seeking a detail-oriented and organized Regulatory Administrator to support our Regulatory Compliance team in Gurnee, IL. In this role, you’ll assist with creating and maintaining regulatory files, compiling documentation for submissions, and supporting compliance and registration activities. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of office experience, good communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to)
 Regulatory Registrations and Correspondences
 Drafts reports and correspondences
 Attends cross functional meetings and takes minutes and/or action items.
 System Maintenance and Monitoring
 Data entry into regulatory ERP database
 Assists in record creation and maintenance that exhibits overall facility compliance with
standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

 3 - 4 years’ experience in an office environment
