Randstad is seeking an organized and proactive professional to excel as a customer service representative within a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company. This role requires the ability to manage and process customer orders utilzing EDI and email communications. Key responsibilities include order entry, tracking, issue resolution, and clear communication with clients. Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts, including tracking scheduled shipments and maintaining accurate records in our system.
• Process customer, internal, and vendor drop-ship orders via EDI, Excel, email, phone, and fax.
• Determine optimal shipment dates based on customer needs and operational factors.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries regarding inventory, pricing, order status, sales terms, promotions, and delivery information.
• Coordinate shipping priorities and resolve discrepancies with internal and external partners to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Process invoices and credits within the ERP system.
• Generate and analyze ERP/CRM reports to support sales, inventory, and order management.
• Manage return authorizations and reshipments as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• ERP system experience (AS/400 preferred).
• Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
• Spanish or French speaking is a plus
