We are seeking a skilled Accountant with a background in accounting principles and proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have experience in business-to-business operations, preferably within construction or related service industries.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
  
  
• Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
  
  
• Some overtime may be required
  
  

Application Requirements

• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in general accounting and business administration.
  
  
• Preference for candidates with experience in construction or commercial service trade accounting for companies with annual revenues of $5M–$15M. Knowledge of percentage-of-completion and project accounting is highly desirable.
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and IF statements.
  
  
• Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks.
  
  
• strong communication skills, encompassing written, grammatical, and verbal proficiency.
  
  
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  
  
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

• Utilize advanced analytical skills to perform account reconciliations, review financial statements, manage projects, and report on key performance indicators.
  
  
• Proactively identify and resolve accounting and operational challenges, leveraging expertise in process optimization.
  
  
• Demonstrate comprehensive QuickBooks proficiency in areas such as billing, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, inventory management, journal entries, and financial reporting.
