Randstad is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client’s team, a leading wealth management firm, supporting high-volume hiring across their Service and Operations divisions. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, from resume reviews and phone screenings to extending offers and coordinating background checks. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, all while helping to bring top-tier talent into critical client-facing roles. salary: $46 - $49 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• This role will support Service and Operational hiring areas (volume recruitment)
• Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting company's business verticals
• Conducting resume reviews and phone screening to assess and recommend top talent for our client facing roles
• Extend offers, work through the background checking process, and align with hiring managers
• Must have proven recruiting experience (6+ years) Ability to work high volume requisitions in collaboration and consultation with the hiring audience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools
• Superior negotiating skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) Prior experience in the financial services industry a plus
