The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for cash application functions; Researches and applies unallocated cash; Daily and monthly reconciliations; Collaboration with Credit department to resolve issues.  Position is 100% Onsite.  Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years cash appications and/or accounts receivable experience
• Must have basic to intermediate MS Excel skills
• Excellent Communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to details

salary: $17 - $18.07 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Payment will be recorded from the bank to our system daily, and we will have to work with the customer via email to get payment applications done correctly.
• Responsible for cash application functions.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Researches and applies unallocated cash;
• Daily and monthly reconciliations;
• Collaboration with Credit department to resolve issues
