This is a 12-month contract position with remote work available (must be based in the EST time zone) and potential for extension or conversion to full-time. - Proven ability to lead both clients and internal teams with professionalism and confidence
- Relationship management and leadership skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset High level of autonomy – can take ownership of projects, make sound decisions, and execute plans independently
- 2+ years of project management experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal services
- Deep understanding of database management, document review workflows, and legal tech solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and key client stakeholders
- Drive project success and client satisfaction through excellent communication and execution
- Manage multiple eDiscovery projects across their lifecycle
- Lead teams and ensure deliverables are met with accuracy, timeliness, and quality
- Maintain clear, detailed project documentation and ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded
