We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Partner to join our clients team. This role will primarily support field management teams by fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing employee concerns and grievances, guiding management through employee relations matters, and supporting core HR processes including performance management, recruitment, training, and benefits administration.

salary: $30 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• This position will be responsible for resolving employee concerns and grievances, working with management to resolve employee relations issues, providing counsel and guidance to management regarding the appropriate application of performance management processes
• Position will assist in recruitment and selection processes as necessary, assist with field training initiatives, and support the administration of corporate compensation and benefit programs
• Primarily working with the field management team to insure a positive and productive work environment

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Education/Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or Labor Relations will be required

• Minimum of 3 (three) years of progressively responsible human resource and labor relations experience at a generalist level is required
