This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work 3 days onsite in their Waukegan office, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team. You’ll play a crucial role in helping to maintain compliance with FDA and international regulatory requirements while working directly with patients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, job duties include:
- Maintain and manage device tracking files both physical and electronic in compliance with internal procedures.
- Handle inbound calls (approximately 20/day) and emails (100–150/day) through a shared mailbox, maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Communicate device tracking policies and procedures to patients, physicians, and internal teams; answer questions and escalate complex inquiries as necessary.
- Support complaint handling by recording information, initiating case files, and following established regulatory processes.
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience working in a regulated environment with exposure to Healthcare Terminology.
- Proven ability to assess complex situations, problem-solve, and determine when to escalate issues.
- Background in environments such as pharmaceuticals, legal, insurance, or financial services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), PDF tools, and Microsoft Teams.
