Responsibilities

• Acted as Finance Business Partner to Project Managers, ensuring accurate monthly cost tracking and reporting across key metrics, including utilization, labor, and open commitments.
• Supported bids and proposals by reviewing cost estimates, developing pricing models, and identifying financial risks and opportunities.
• Contributed to month-end close through analysis and upkeep of project cost systems and processes.
• Proactively addressed project finance issues, challenging cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, audit-ready financial data.
• Performed variance analysis against bids, forecasts, and budgets to assess business impact and guide performance.
• Streamlined cost reporting processes and developed internal dashboards to deliver timely, actionable insights on project performance.
