Responsibilities
Job Summary, typical duties, and work environment
What you'll be doing: Customers call our client's support
center, and you will sell and assist with their plan enrollment. You'll Inform,
educate and enroll customers in the best plan for their needs. You will handle
inbound calls to enroll retirees compliantly and efficiently into selected
Medicare Health Insurance, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans by
reading scripting verbatim and updating client accounts thoroughly. You will
effectively manage your sales pipeline and deliver against expected sales
goals.
Sales/upselling skills
Aptitude for understanding details of Medicare insurance and complying with
all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations
