We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution center. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, as well as managing inventory, staff, and operational processes. This role requires great leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Oversee and manage the entire warehouse operation, ensuring that all processes (receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping) are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
  
  
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and ensure proper rotation (FIFO, LIFO). Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve any discrepancies. Oversee the management of both raw materials and finished goods.
  
  
• Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors, warehouse workers, and forklift operators. Ensure team members are well-trained and meet performance expectations.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment. Ensure the warehouse adheres to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and training to minimize accidents and workplace injuries.
  
  
• Logistics & Shipping Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Work closely with the supply chain and purchasing teams to align warehouse operations with demand.
  
  
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies as needed.
