East Austin - The Order Services Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing  customer orders. They ensure accurate order entry, handle customer inquiries related to orders,  and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.   Proficiency in ERP.



salary: $23.99 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system. 

 Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery  times, and product availability. 

 Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders.  Coordination: Work with the logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure orders are  fulfilled correctly and on time. 

 Logistics: Back up to logistics team, shipping, receiving and invoicing 

 Inventory Control: Coordinate with the team to manage stock levels and ensure the  availability of products. Ensure stock levels are maintained and manage backorders 

 Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and any  changes or updates. 

 CRM Database: Maintain accurate customer contact records in CRM system 

 Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and  address any post-delivery issues. 

 Reporting: Generate reports on backlog, sales revenue, on time delivery
