Responsibilities
- Removes and manages rework pails from each of the Rheon’s.
- Re-mix the dough for one minute in a Hobart mixer and works with the mixer to distribute the dough back into each line.
- Loads Rheon machine and Vemags with mixed products from rolling carts.
- Assists each operator with line issues when required
- Covers Mixer Asst. position for breaks /lunches also covers the operator position when needed.
- Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
- Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
