- Maintenance on bakery equipment by completing work orders such as oil chains, inspecting for worn parts, etc.
- Answer line calls to adjust, replace, or service equipment during production in a timely manner
- Assist in building maintenance, change light bulbs, replace air filters, etc..
- Fill out appropriate documenting
- Clean and organize parts room
- GED or High School diploma
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices for the food production industry
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A technical certificate in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing repair is required.
- Experience working in a maintenance department, preferably in an automated food processing plant.
- Knowledge of equipment set-up, functions, operating procedures, and preventative maintenance techniques.
- Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred.
- Other skills and experiences could be refrigeration, plumbing, industrial electrical and mechanical systems and maintenance, and automated food manufacturing process controls and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions.
- Required to read blueprints, logs, and electrical drawings. Ability to complete forms detailing maintenance work performed.
- Working knowledge of spoken Spanish is preferred.
