Responsibilities
- Assemble medical and scientific devices and equipment following detailed schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of precision components, ensuring accurate alignment and function.
- Conduct functional and performance testing of assembled equipment using specialized tools, instruments, and testing protocols.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with assemblies and equipment, making necessary adjustments and repairs.
- Document testing results, ensuring all data is recorded accurately and aligned with quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve assembly and testing issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of testing equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, cleanliness, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures during assembly and testing processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly and testing processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed production logs and testing reports.
