Responsibilities
- Conducting functional electrical and optical tests on semiconductor products in compliance with documented procedures.
- Conducting visual inspections of semiconductor die, wafers, and modules in accordance with documented procedures.
- Performing assembly operations in accordance with documented procedures.
- Updating manufacturing execution systems as parts move through processing.
- Maintaining inventory of required materials/consumables and placing orders for replacements as needed.
- Logging data and recording observations during process execution.
- Creating and maintaining procedural documents during and after training.
- Preparing products for shipment, receiving products from vendors and contract manufacturers.
- Adhering to safety, ESD, and clean room procedures.
- Working with small material using tweezers, vacuum wands, etc.
- Ability to occasionally move equipment, up to 40 lbs, between racks, benches, carts, etc.
