Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase systems and 480-volt circuits.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to diagnose and resolve operational issues.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair relays, switches, and sensors to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform wiring, conduit installation, and circuit testing as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement electrical upgrades and modifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including belts, gears, and motors.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the installation and alignment of motors and other rotating equipment.
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks on machinery to identify potential issues before they become critical.
