Responsibilities
- Assemble products or parts according to production guidelines and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to fit, align, and assemble components.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Follow detailed work instructions to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Operate assembly line equipment and perform manual or automated tasks as needed.
- Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process to supervisors.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.
