Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Administration: Coordinate safety training schedules, manage conference room bookings, and ensure participant attendance.
- Safety Training & Compliance: Deliver training sessions on safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Incident Investigation & Corrective Actions: Investigate workplace accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Safety & Environmental Risk Management: Identify and address safety risks and environmental impacts, ensuring alignment with OSHA and other regulations.
- PPE & Supply Management: Manage PPE enforcement, assist with ordering and distributing uniforms and safety supplies, and refill First Aid Kits.
- Administrative Support: Maintain training records, track department purchases, manage data entry, and update schedules.
- Emergency Response Support: Assist in emergency response activities and perform monthly safety audits.
