We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and machinery, leading a team of maintenance technicians to implement best practices in maintenance management. Responsibilities

• MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH TPM (TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE) METHODS
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Understand and manage mean time between failure and mean time between repair. 
• Identify root cause and implement corrective actions for unplanned downtime on critical equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software (Apriso is preferred). 
• Create/manage preventative maintenance with standard operating procedures.
• Lead TPM events and 6S events.
• Establish and manage critical spare inventory.
• Develop autonomous maintenance culture
