salary: $58,240 - $83,200 per year

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain tooling, including first piece quality submission. Document tool history and set-up information. Notify the supervisor regarding machine and tool maintenance needs for production tooling. Fabricate tools, components, fixtures, and gauges as directed by the area supervisor or technical lead. Collaborate with the New Tool Group to introduce new tools into production areas. Assist in standardizing tooling component inventory. Support the development of project/tool estimates (quotes) as needed. Help department setup associates resolve issues with tool setup and production. Assist managers with Metal Stamping and Four Slide projects as requested. Provide updates and corrections to job travelers for operation changes/additions.Train apprentices as required.
