salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

•Set up and operate all machines related to the work area; change fixtures and tooling for new and existing products

•Determine the sequence of operations to make CNC programs

•Prepare machine for production by setting up tooling and work holding fixtures

•Prepare all setups, and upload and download programs 

•Maintains specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, inspecting parts, and adjusting controls while maintaining tight tolerance objectives

•Ability to operate CMM and all hand inspection equipment

•Operate using SPC where needed

•Ensures operation of the equipment by following all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) instructions

•Completes production and quality logs

•Maintain fluid levels on machines, including coolant, spindle, and hydraulic fluids



The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 7 hours at one time
