Are you an experience carpenter? Do you have experience installing window shutters? This company is hiring for an experience carpenter who can use tools, is not afraid to get dirty, and to grow within a company. Working with many different client in Houston you must have a valid drivers license and insurance.

salary: $41,600 - $45,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

 Assist with loading the truck for the day with the appropriate material and equipment needed.
 Ensure all tools, machinery and equipment at the worksite are safely set up.
 Erect and dismantle scaffolding as needed.
 Measure, mark, and arrange material per the lead installer’s instruction when arriving on job site.
 Cut and shape structures, forms or other fixtures from wood, polyurethane, wood composite or other
materials.
 Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects.
 Join material with the appropriate nail, screw, staple or adhesive.
 Help to ensure the accuracy of the work by checking with tools such as levels and framing squares.
 Help to maintain tools and equipment in safe and operating condition.
 Perform other related duties as assigned.
 Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times. Report any safety violation to management
immediately.
 Work well with a team and follow directions/guidelines of the lead installer.



The essential functions of this role include:
